Returns are free of charge. Send us an email to sales@hamptonbays.be within 2 weeks and we will immediately send you the digital return label.

PLEASE NOTE: During special actions such as archive sales, black friday deals etc. we do not accept returns. During a normal sales period we do accept returns as described above.

Shipping on purchase within Belgium is free from 150 euro.
