Returns

At Hampton Bays we strive to make you completely happy with your purchase.
If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it. Returns can only be requested by email.

How do returns work?

  1. Request your return by email : send us an email with your return request within 2 weeks after receiving your items and we will send you an email immediately.
    the digital return label by email.
  2. Pack your return carefully : use the original packaging or
    a sturdy box to protect your items well.
  3. Return your package : stick the return label on your package and take it to a
    BPOST post point near you.

* Outside sale periods: returns are free within the Benelux.


* During Sale and Archive periods: a return fee of €5 applies within the Benelux.
Do you choose a voucher instead of a refund?
In that case, the return costs will be waived and you can return it for free .


* Outside the Benelux: you can request a return label by email;
charges will be applied for this.

Return Policy

  • Items must be returned in original condition,
    unworn and with all labels intact.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
    to be requested and sent online.
  • Please return each piece strictly unused and in completely undamaged condition
    to be delivered.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded.
(- the 5 euros for special promotions and sales) within 5 to 10 working days
refunded via the payment method you used for payment.
If you choose a voucher , you will receive it after your return has been processed.
and you don't lose 5 euros.
